Pre-order Policy

At DL Collectibles, we offer pre-orders to help you secure upcoming releases before they hit the shelves. Please review our policy below regarding allocation, cancellations, and deposits.

1. Product Allocation & Availability 

Please note that all pre-order items are subject to supplier allocation and availability.

• Availability is not guaranteed: While we make every effort to secure enough stock to cover all pre-orders, manufacturers or distributors may occasionally cut our orders.

• Store Cancellation: If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to allocation cuts or inventory shortages, your deposit (or full payment) will be refunded in full.

 

2. Cancellations by Customer ("Backing Out")

• Non-Refundable Deposit: If you decide to cancel your pre-order for any reason (change of mind, finding it elsewhere, etc.), your deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• This deposit secures your specific allocation and prevents stock from being held unnecessarily.

 

3. Payment & Deposits

• A deposit of [20%] or otherwise stated is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.

• The remaining balance will be due upon the item's arrival or shortly before shipping.

 

4. Estimated Arrival Dates (ETA)

Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Delays in production or shipping may occur. We will update you if there are significant changes to the release schedule.

5. Shipping Pre-order

Items will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility.

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items,
