1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or message.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping
charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are do shipping within Singapore region for now.

3. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your collectibles to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us. All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or notification once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
DL collectibles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [info@dl-collectibles.sg] so we can assist you in locating it.
